Kathyaeni is a Gold Medalist and distinction holder in her LLB, a college topper, and holds an LLM in Corporate Law, M.A. in Public Administration, and a B.A. in Psychology. She also possesses an Executive General Management Program (EGMP) from IIM Bangalore, along with professional certifications, including Six Sigma Green Belt from GE, USA, and ISO Lead Auditor certification.
She is an expert in trials at the district courts and also highly successful in her practice in the High Courts and the Supreme Court in the areas of Criminal Law, Civil Law, Family Law, Corporate Law and Service matters. Her dedication and constant endeavor towards continuous improvement of legal acumen, critical reasoning, analytical prowess and ethical integrity in cases has contributed to exceptionally high win rates in the matters.
A counsel on record for prestigious corporate houses, high net-worth individuals and non-resident Indians, Adv. Kathyaeni is also committed to social cause and her pro-bono initiatives. A staunch advocate of social justice and equality, she is dedicated to the social cause with an uninhibited spirit in defending the rights of the marginalized sections of the society. She had been successful in achieving great results for the economically weaker sections through effective representation.
Prior to being an Advocate, she had a very successful Corporate career in various MNCs such as Bell Canada, General Electric, Reliance Communication, Bharti Cellular Ltd. managing large scale operations.
